14-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product.

In order to return the product:

  • It should be in the same condition as when it reached you,

  • It must not be worn or used,

  • The labels have not been removed,

  • It must be in its original packaging,

  • It must be sent with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a prompt solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for gift cards .

Changes

To get the product you want as quickly as possible, you can return the existing product and re-purchase the new product after the return process is completed.

Note: According to our policy, only one change is allowed.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without giving any reason.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was received (unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging) and must be sent with proof of purchase.

Refunds
