Purpose and Scope

RAZAQ Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy (“RAZAQ KVKK Policy”) regulates the principles adopted by RAZAQ for the protection and processing of personal data.

RAZAQ KVKK Policy aims to provide guidance regarding the implementation of the regulations set forth in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the relevant legislation, and to ensure that the KVKK compliance process is carried out diligently.

Data Controller
The person or institution that decides on the purposes and methods of processing personal data.

Data Processor
A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller.

Contact Person
The natural person whose personal data is processed.

Explicit Consent
Consent on a specific subject, based on information and expressed with free will.

Electronic Media
Environments where personal data is created, changed and stored using electronic devices.

Non-Electronic Media
Printed, written, visual etc. media.

What Personal Data Do We Collect?

  • Membership form: Name, surname, e-mail address, mobile phone

  • During shopping: Name, surname, email address, mobile phone, address, payment information, shopping history

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purposes, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, to correct, to delete/destroy, to object, and to request compensation for damages.
