OPINIONS, COMMENTS AND OTHER MESSAGES

Reviews, comments, and other messages, photos, or videos (collectively, “User Content”) are accepted if the User Content is submitted in accordance with these Terms of Use and our Comment Rules.

You should only share content that you feel comfortable sharing with others. Racist remarks, profanity or slang, insults, disrespect for other cultures, misleading or inappropriate content, and comments containing viruses or spam are strictly prohibited.

Your content may be reviewed by moderators before publication and may take up to 48 hours to be published; however, RAZAQ does not undertake to review all content and cannot be held responsible for it.

You grant RAZAQ a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use any content you submit. Furthermore, you assume all liability arising from the content submitted.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND ACCOUNTS FOR SALES

The purchase of products through the Website is limited only to persons authorized to conclude contracts over the internet under the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

You must provide accurate, valid, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for any damages that may arise if inaccurate information is provided.

RAZAQ may perform the necessary checks against the risk of fraud and, when necessary, share your personal information with authorized institutions.

COMPENSATION

You agree to indemnify RAZAQ against any claims, damages or expenses that may be brought by third parties as a result of your use of the site.

RAZAQ 's failure to insist on strict enforcement of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver by RAZAQ of any provision or its future enforcement of these Terms of Use, nor shall any course of conduct between RAZAQ and you or any other person be deemed to modify any provision of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use shall not be construed as conferring any right or remedy on any third party.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

VALIDITY AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in Turkish.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and in resolving any disputes that may arise in relation to these Terms and Conditions, the provincial or district consumer arbitration committee in your place of residence or where the consumer transaction was made shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared annually by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction for disputes exceeding the aforementioned value.
